These Terms govern your use of the Mirror app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Mirror provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or qualified trainer. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any training or nutrition program, and stop if you feel unwell. You use Mirror at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Mirror.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information so your plan is appropriate for you.
The target physiques in Mirror are generalized fitness archetypes (e.g. "The Fighter", "Classic Physique") created for goal-setting. They do not depict, reference, or imply endorsement by any specific individual. Reference images are AI-generated. Results vary and are not guaranteed; genetics, consistency, and effort all matter.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with the service, or uploading unlawful or infringing content. You retain ownership of photos you upload and grant us a limited license to store and process them to provide the service.
The app, its design, and generated content are owned by Mirror or its licensors. These Terms don't transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirror is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your use of plans generated by the app.
You may stop using Mirror and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
