Mirror Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel it: open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Mirror. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall and tap Restore (or sign in with the same Apple ID) to restore an active subscription.
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, plans, workout logs, and progress entries (including photos) from our servers. You can also email us to request deletion.
Pick a target physique (a generalized fitness archetype), enter your stats, and optionally add a photo. Mirror builds a phased training and nutrition plan toward that goal and tracks your progress. Mirror provides general fitness information, not medical advice — consult a professional before starting any program.
